Recipe: Instant noodles with egg and luncheon meat

Okay, maybe this is not much of a recipe. Possibly most people out there knows how to make this. However this dish is very close to my heart and something my mom has made for me during lazy afternoons when I was a kid, till I grew tall enough to see the contents of the boiling pot on a stove. Any brand of instant noodles is fine, though I particularly like Nissin.

Instant noodles with egg and luncheon meat

1 pack of instant noodles (any flavor)

1 egg

2 slices of thick cut luncheon meat

1. Put 2 cups of water into a small pot and set to boil. At the same time, heat a non-stick pan to fry the luncheon meat.

2. When the water is boiling, put in the instant noodles and cook for about 2 minutes. Add in the flavorings and break the egg in. Stir to break the egg up. Pan fry the luncheon meat till crisp on both sides. When the noodles are ready, pour into a bowl and place the luncheon meat on top. Enjoy! 🙂
